STD/HIV Clinic Information
1. All testing performed in the sexually transmitted disease (STD) clinic is confidential. The client (patient) is the only person with access to records or test results unless a signed consent is provided to release records to another person.
2. The STD clinic is by appointment or walk-in and is open Monday through Friday. Call 775-2933 to schedule an appointment or for more information.
3. Fee for services in the STD clinic are $20 per person and includes routine testing for Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Syphilis, & HIV. There is an additional $10 charge if you are referred to see the physician for treatment of certain STDs.
4. Your appointment in the STD clinic will need to be delayed if you:
- Are currently on antibiotics or have been on antibiotics in past two (2) weeks, or
- Are on your menstrual cycle, or
- Have douched within the past three (3) days
